friendly staff rooftop pool great service noisy room no privacy slamming doors
The staff was friendly. The rooftop pool deck has unparalleled views! Every single person at the hotel was great. Leo attended to us during breakfast in the garden and at the pool area bar. He was professional and personable.
We stayed in room 007. It was so noisy from doors around it constantly slamming all night. It's above the restaurant and outside space! The room has no privacy. Adjacent buildings look directly into the bedroom and bathrooms.

charming stay i did love it
delicious pastries rooftop pool helpful staff
the breakfast spread include a delicious array of local pastries and fresh fruit. the rooftop terrace has a beautiful pool and plenty of space for lounging. i found the staff very helpful they provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. its location is a plus too its central and made exploring very easy.
the elevators was sometimes slow, i did wait a few minutes during peak hours.

the beautiful room include a king size bed with very soft linens, i did find this excellent. the bathroom feature two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, this made it easy to prepare. there was also a nice seating area.

warm greeting perfect location helpful service comfortable bed
The hotel staff greeted me warmly. They also parked my car immediately and brought it back promptly. the hotel location felt perfect with easy access to nearby shops. I found many restaurants within a short walking distance. the manager checked me in. She gave helpful and friendly service. i enjoyed the comfortable beds.
the pool menu did not tempt me, and the pool area lacked a particularly friendly vibe. it was a minor detail, but worth mentioning. i'd still come back.

the hotel provided a beautiful room. it featured very comfortable bedding, which ensured restful nights. there were fresh towels daily, and the minibar offered a good selection of beverages.

The breakfast courtyard was lovely. I enjoyed eating outdoors. leo assisted during breakfast and at the pool bar. He showed excellent customer service skills. the fantastic restaurant offered both breakfast and dinner.

The rooftop pool had unparalleled views. the hotel offers valet service. It added convenience. the building displayed fine and elegant decoration and i loved the rooftop with a superb terrace.

The hotel is central, situated in a fantastic location. Hotel staff were friendly. They were very helpful. The overall experience included some of the best service i have ever had..
Both bedrooms were very dark. I think the lighting in the bedrooms can be improved. This impacted my stay.. The room was too noisy, due to doors constantly slamming all night. It is directly above the hotel restaurant space.

central location excellent valet
The location is central. The staff were helpful. I appreciate the excellent valet service. It made arrival and departure very easy. Leo was personable, and his customer service skills at the pool bar were wonderful. Breakfast in the garden was also very pleasant..
I noticed rooms could benefit from improved lighting. This was especially noticeable in the evenings. I suggest adding brighter lamps or fixtures.
